Refund policy

30 Day Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. We only ask they're returned in the same condition you received them in.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or other issues, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange that for you.

Warranty
If your item is new, it will be covered by a manufacturer warranty.

If your items are preloved, tribz offers a limited warranty (as stated on the product description) and will always get your item serviced and returned as soon as possible. This service is provided free as long as your product is still within the warranty period.

Non Eligible
Items Items such as undergarments, personal grooming products, and consumable products cannot be refunded if opened. you know, for obvious hygiene reasons. ​

Pickup Charges
If your paid for shipping, then we can arrange a returns label for you. If the item came with free shipping then the pickup charges for returning an item are £9.99 (or you can post it back to us yourself, as long as it is a signed for delivery so it can be tracked). Pickup is free in case your product is defective, damaged or not as advertised.
